We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities :

Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
Lead social media strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and managing the content calendar.
Produce weekly and monthly content schedules aligning with brand campaigns and product pushes.
Optimize social media platforms using best practices (handles, tagging, hashtags).
Develop creative content strategies for live streams and videos.
Maintain and create websites as a webmaster.
Manage Meta Ads and spending across Facebook and Instagram, demonstrating a successful track record.
Analyze digital content performance and provide regular insights to the team.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.

Minimum 3 years building and maintaining websites including SEO

Proficiency in all major social media platforms and their features.

Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to follow directions efficiently and manage time effectively.

Creative writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail in spelling and grammar.

Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
