Job Summary:
The Lead Management Specialist is Optional Remote at the Customer Service Center (CSC), with operations in the U.S. and has overall responsibility for managing and nurturing sales leads to drive business growth. This position reports directly to the Director, Customer Service and does not have direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the sales lead pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, tracked, and nurtured.
- Evaluates incoming leads to determine their potential as prospective customers based on predefined criteria.
- Creates and distributes qualified leads from incoming calls and online chats to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, product expertise, or other criteria.
- Works closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary information to follow up with leads.
- Provides feedback and insights on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Analyzes lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provides regular reports to management on lead performance.
- Reviews and improves lead management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintains and updates the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Supports lead generation efforts through various marketing channels, such as email campaigns, events, webinars, etc.
- Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve lead targeting and qualification.
