We are seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver who has a passion for quality work and customer satisfaction. Your work will include making deliveries to our stores pulling a 36ft trailer loaded with utility trailers, cargos, and dump trailers. Work also includes using a forklift to stack, load, and unload trailers. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Trailers, and does not have direct reports.

Job Responsibilities
- Transports trailers to designated locations.
- Ensures all products are delivered safely, securely, and in good condition.
- Adheres to all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries.
- Communicates effectively with customers during deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
- Addresses any customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
- Performs regular inspections and maintenance checks on delivery vehicles.
- Reports any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintains accurate delivery logs and records.
- Completes all required paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
- Follows all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and public safety.
- Participates in safety training sessions and adheres to company safety standards.
- Works closely with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Assists with loading and unloading products as needed.
- Prior experience with maneuvering trucks with trailers in challenging outdoor environments.
- Forklift experience
- Experience with loading and unloading heavy equipment
- Must have experience with pulling a 36' trailer.
- Ability to hook up trailers.
- Customer Service focus
- Ability to think critically and find solutions
- Capable of standing, lifting, and handling equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Good driving record
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
- Ability to work independent
- Occasional Overnights
- Medical Card Required
- 40 hours per week
