Parts Specialist

We are seeking a full time experienced counter person. Candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, and willing to provide excellent customer service to both our wholesale and retail customers.

Parts Counter Person Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and associates.
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
• Operate dealership software system to search for parts and customer accounts, invoice and pull orders
• Pull and prepare parts orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Pull parts for the shop and attach to repair orders as directed.
• Assist with inventory management by creating purchase orders, receiving, labeling, spot and cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Parts Counter Person Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Team oriented
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Previous parts sales experience preferred
• Experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• PARTS , SERVICE SALES: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DRIVERS (Preferred)
