The role:

We are looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking Creative Director to shape and lead Leonardo.Ai’s creative vision and guide the brand through its next evolution. Your leadership will elevate our identity across every touchpoint and bring our story to life in a way that deeply connects with our global audience.

Your work will be central to our rebranding, creative strategy, and brand execution, ensuring that Leonardo is positioned as a pioneer in generative AI and creative expression.

What You’ll Do:

Lead with Vision and Impact

• Develop and oversee an inspiring, purpose-driven creative strategy that aligns with our mission and fuels business growth.
• Lead a collaborative, innovative team, fostering a culture of trust, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Establish processes that balance creative excellence with speed and efficiency, ensuring the brand evolves without compromising quality.
  
  

Shape and Evolve a Powerful Brand

• Drive the rollout of our brand transformation across all platforms, including digital, print, social, video, and beyond.
• Develop a compelling visual and storytelling framework that reflects our diverse community's values, aspirations, and creativity.
• Build and maintain clear brand guidelines that allow creativity to flourish while ensuring consistency.
  
  

Create Impactful, Emotionally-Resonant Campaigns

• Oversee the development of high-impact marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences that captivate and inspire.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and AI research—to weave our brand identity into every aspect of Leonardo.Ai.
• Serve as the champion for creative innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  
  

Build and Empower a World-Class Creative Team

• Recruit, mentor, and support a diverse team of designers, storytellers, and creatives, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
• Develop a supportive network of freelancers and agencies, ensuring flexibility and access to specialised expertise when needed.
• Nurture a positive, inclusive, and inspiring team culture that celebrates collaboration and originality.
  
  

Skills We Love:

• 5 years of leadership experience in creative direction (agency or in-house), ideally in tech, SaaS, or design-led industries.
• Deep branding, design, and storytelling expertise, with a portfolio showcasing emotive, powerful, creative work.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, balancing creative ambition with strategic business goals.
• A visionary mindset, eager to push creative boundaries and shape the future of AI-powered creativity.
• Experience with Creative AI tools (especially AI-powered image generation) is a huge plus!
