- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience with one or more programming languages (C, C , or C#)
- Experience or classroom knowledge of formal data structure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well both as part of a team or as an individual
- Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of software engineers
- Provide regular reporting of progress and status
- Gather and assemble data
- Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of software engineers
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree(s) Required: Associate's Degree or 3rd Year status minimum in an Engineering curriculum
- Degree(s) Preferred: Undergraduate, Master's inComputer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2025at the DRS Dallas facility
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
