Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic candidate to jump into our Manufacturing Supply Chain department for the Summer.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to assist in an hands-on role in our warehouse, productions operations, and planning areas.
Job Responsibilities
High school diploma or GED and actively a rising Junior or Senior in college or university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Effectively utilize standard office software and computer equipment
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
U.S. Citizenship required.
The expected pay scale for this position is hourly at $21.00 per hours . Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly. When extending an offer of employment, Leonardo DRS considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position; any Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education/training, certifications, and key skills; internal equity; and market and business considerations.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties in support of the supply chain and operations areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
- Assist with expediting orders or preparing kits for manufacturing floor
- Contribute to the execution of planning projects and organizational objectives when asked
- Create graphs and charts for various projects using spreadsheet and graphics software with direction
- Create various documents and electronic information with direction
- Update relevant data using database applications
- Assist in answering questions and/or refer inquiry to appropriate person
- Assist in researching information as needed for projects and other objectives
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
