Leone Lawn Maintenance was established in 2015 and has grown from a small, local lawn service into a thriving business. It is a family owned company that serves North West Louisiana and East Texas. We are looking to add a person(s) to our company to grow with us.

Lawn Maintenance/Landscaping

We have a full-time position opening for a landscaper/lawn maintenance. We are seeking an employee who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast moving environment, and is able to manage time effectively. You have prior experience working with lawn equipment and in lawn landscaping and maintenance. You must have a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor towards other employees and customers.

*Must be able to work week days and some weekends.

Leone Lawn Maintenance is seeking someone with experience in lawn care and/or landscaping.

Qualified individuals must:

• Be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Has reliable transportation
• Be able to work in varying weather/outdoor conditions
• Follow directions
• Have an eye for detail
• Be able to work with a team
• Maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment
• Safely and properly handle tools and other instruments
• Load and unload equipment
• Mow grass, edging, weed eating, use backpack blowers, trim hedges, pick up trash, weed out flower beds
• Plant flowers and bushes, lay sod, shovel mulch and rock
• Report any issues to management
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of management leader
• Perform other duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
