Who We're Looking For:

- Strong communication and time management skills
- Active or in-process Minnesota/Wisconsin Real Estate License (we can help you get started quickly!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and network to develop a strong client base
- Conduct buyer consultations and show homes
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth transactions
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to team success
- Continue learning through team training, industry webinars, and CE classes
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Fair Housing regulations
- Multilingual or proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of property management and real estate law
- Previous administrative experience in real estate is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills for managing real estate transactions
Compensation:
- Commission-based, with earning potential between $50,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Potential to earn $50,000 - $85,000 in your first year!
