Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the founders, the Business Development Manager will be pivotal in scaling Leopard. Responsibilities
- Work with the CEO to build and execute on a customer acquisition plan
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline; be disciplined about managing your opportunity pipeline and customer account data in Leopard’s CRM
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including insurance carriers, agencies, and financial institutions
- Collaborate with Product and the founders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Leopard's solutions
- Synthesize customer feedback to help inform the product roadmap
- Represent Leopard at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in selling tech products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to create basic sales materials, including one-pagers and sales presentations
- Industry experience in insurance or insurtech is valuable but not required
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
