The Marketing Communications Manager is a critical role within Leopardo’s full-service, in-house marketing team. This individual is responsible for producing clear, concise, and compelling written content that supports business development, corporate communications, and strategic marketing efforts. The Marketing Communications Manager will work cross-functionally with senior leadership, business development and project teams to create tailored content that effectively communicates Leopardo’s value proposition to clients and stakeholders as well as work directly with the Vice President of Marketing on internal communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create clear, persuasive copy for marketing materials, websites, presentations, and social media to support Leopardo’s brand image and marketing strategy.
- Write press releases, announcements, and other external communications to promote company news and project wins.
- Collect, edit, and launch Leopardo’s weekly internal newsletters in collaboration with department heads and content contributors.
- Coordinate thought leadership production with third-party outlets such as Bisnow and The Real Deal.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content speaks to client needs and adheres to company brand standards.
- Develop and write engaging, technically accurate content for RFP responses, including cover letters, executive summaries, project writeups, and team resumes.
- Coordinate annual project awards submissions across all Leopardo markets and geographies.
- Manage Leopardo’s online brand presence by auditing and updating company bios across websites and business listings.
- Assist senior leadership with maintaining and updating professional CVs, biographies, and online profiles, such as LinkedIn.
- Review and edit all written content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Ensure all materials reflect Leopardo’s brand voice and messaging standards.

Benefits :
Leopardo considers many factors when determining actual salary including experience, education, unique skillsets, abilities, market, geography and business needs. Salary range : $105-115k. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonus. Leopardo does not discriminate based on any protected category with respect to wages.
