Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters related to commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and other litigation cases. The day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, conducting research, participating in negotiations, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications

- Experience in conducting legal research and negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
