Leora is currently recruiting a Business Development Representative for our Columbus location, a Premier, Newly Renovated Outpatient facility in Columbus, Ohio.

This is an enticing opportunity for all Business Development Representatives with a behavioral health background due to the unlimited and robust bonus structure as well as Leora’s ability to accept such a wide range of referrals giving each Business Development Rep the opportunity to be successful.
Leora’s Mission is to provide intensive and immersive journey for sustained recovery and mental health, delivered in an outpatient setting. The goal of Leora is to be able to effectively treat as many clients as possible, therefore, Leora offers an extensive array of services for both primary mental health clients and primary substance use clients including Outpatient Detox, PHP, IOP, OP, and medication management. Leora also accepts all forms of insurance with a primary focus on Medicaid reimbursement.
As a Business Development Representative at Leora you will have the opportunity to:
- Engage with referral partners to create and strength relationships
- Participate in outreach events in order to increase our presence in the community.
- Engage with the multidisciplinary team to develop ideas to meet the community needs.
- Use effective communication skills with all levels of leadership within the organization and with referral sources.
- Organize and develop events and presentations in order to promote our services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least two-years previous experience in Business Development.
- At least one-year previous experience in Business Development in Behavioral Health.
- Experience working with the judicial system (preferred)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining Behavioral Health relationships and referrals
