Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming for our guests. You will assist the waitstaff in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant.
This position pays hourly, PLUS Cash tips every day.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
- Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and plates are properly stocked and organized.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or catering services.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with bussing or cleaning duties in a restaurant or catering context is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt with an attention to details, within a team-oriented atmosphere is essential.
