Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team! Must be able to multi-task while working in a very fast-paced environment. This position pays a great hourly rate PLUS cash tips DAILY.
The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all to-go orders are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner. This role is crucial in enhancing the guest experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while effectively communicating with customers.
We are looking for someone that understands the importance of GREAT customer service! Without customers, we have nothing!
Duties
- Take customer orders over the phone and in-person, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare and package food items for takeout, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Utilize the POS system efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including supporting front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant settings preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help guests enhance their dining experience.
