We are seeking an experienced Estimating Professional to join our team at LeoTerra Development Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Construction Plans: Review construction plans, technical reports, and specifications to understand the project requirements.
- Develop Estimates: Generate reports of the takeoffs for demolition, clearing, grading, storm drains, water systems, sewer systems, retaining walls, paving & flatwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Civil Site Design Knowledge: Knowledge of civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email, Excel, Word, Google Earth, PDF readers, etc.
