Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of standard estimating practices, including reading civil construction drawings and proficiency in quantity takeoff using civil engineering scales and units of measure. Key Responsibilities:
- Review Construction Plans: Review construction plans, technical reports, and specifications to understand the project requirements.
- Import Plans into AGTEK Software: Import the plans (in PDF and/or AutoCAD version) into AGTEK takeoff software.
- Perform Quantity Takeoff: Perform the quantity takeoff to capture the areas, lengths, and counts of materials in AGTEK.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with HCSS Heavy Bid and AGTEK Gradework, Materials, and Underground.
