Job Overview:

LeoTerra Development Inc. is seeking an experienced Sitework Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard estimating practices and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Construction Plans: Review construction plans, technical reports, and specifications to understand the project requirements.
  • Develop Estimates: Develop estimates for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial development projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HCSS Software: Experience working with HCSS Heavy Bid and AGTEK Gradework, Materials, and Underground.
