DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas GroupABOUT THE ROLELeoVegas is a subsidiary of the global entertainment company MGM Resorts International focused on creating some of the most innovative sports betting and igaming experiences in the world. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team as we prepare to launch our products in new markets. You will work closely with your manager and other designers, product management and researchers in order to support strategic initiatives and enhance our current offerings.If you are passionate about creating user-centered designs, making data driven decisions, implementing innovative features, and leading improvements for intuitive, and user-friendly solutions, then this is the role for you!YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR : Owning the end-to-end design process for sports and igaming experiences by deeply understanding user needs, current workflows and how they can be improved.Caring deeply about design principles and information architecture to make data and information more clear.Communicating design strategy and decisions with rationale to partners while keeping in mind the holistic experience.Working with cross-functional partners to balance polish and speed towards effective executionEnsuring we focus on the right things and be the backbone of our user engagement strategyOUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE : Essential skills : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX / UI / Product designerExperience with design tools like FigmaAbility to produce a great range of UX / UI concepts, as well as go deep to identify edge casesLove to discuss design in group settings, participate in design critiques and reviews, experienced in conducting workshops and co-creation sessionsSelf-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervisionNice to have skills : Experience working in design systems and toolingKnowledge of sports betting and / or igaming industryWHO WE AREAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
