Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team in the USDA processing room. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of meat processing, excellent knife skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cutting, trimming, boning, and portioning of various meats.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the processing area.
- Adhere to all USDA regulations and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
