Key Responsibilities :
- Execute Recipes to Standard : Follow all recipes precisely, ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation, especially with pasta and pizza.
- Station Management : Set up and maintain your station, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock. Adhere to FIFO standards and perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors, maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Support others when needed and communicate effectively.
- Guest Satisfaction : Anticipate and accommodate guest needs, ensuring all food orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Handle special dietary requests or allergies with care.
- Sanitation & Safety : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines. Report any equipment issues or damages immediately.
- Training & Development : Actively participate in training sessions, daily meetings, and share knowledge with peers. Lead by example, continuously learning and improving skills.
