We are looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to join a leading importer and distributor of natural stone, quartz and tile for residential and commercial applications. As a Showroom Sales Associate at you will be the face of our showroom, helping clients select high-quality materials that tell their unique design stories. With a commitment to delivering an effortless customer experience, you will provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and showcase our extensive collection of natural stone, engineered stone, and tile products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, including homeowners, designers, and architects, providing personalized consultations to meet their design needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their sourcing, applications, and unique qualities, to confidently recommend solutions.
• Assist clients in selecting materials, creating quotes, and finalizing orders while ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with product displays that reflect the company’s standard of excellence.
• Work closely with colleagues, including the sales, sourcing, and logistics teams, to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted resource for their projects.
