Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, including homeowners, designers, and architects, providing personalized consultations to meet their design needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their sourcing, applications, and unique qualities, to confidently recommend solutions.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, creating quotes, and finalizing orders while ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with product displays that reflect the company’s standard of excellence.
- Work closely with colleagues, including the sales, sourcing, and logistics teams, to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted resource for their projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, showroom, or design sales, preferably in the stone, tile, or home improvement industries.
- Passion for design and an eye for detail, with the ability to guide clients in making aesthetic and functional choices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ability to learn product management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Availability to work showroom hours, including weekends as needed.
