LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an organized Customer Service Representative for their Lee, MA, location. The customer service representative will interact directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and facilitating prompt and accurate service.
This position would be ideal for a flexible individual who communicates clearly and concisely with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls efficiently and accurately to provide exceptional customer service
- Act as a dispatcher, scheduling service and utilizing various technology, including GPS, phone systems, and more
- Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Document clear and concise notes in clients’ profiles in order to communicate precisely to the technicians and technical leadership team.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other computer software
