At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $ 58,000 and $ 69,000.
- Develops drawings for existing standard equipment and shop drawings for proprietary equipment.
- Performs design and drafting work for potential or new projects by gathering information on objectives and developing alternative designs, calculations, and schematics.
- Assists in modifying equipment or building design by working from broad concepts and filling in details necessary for actual implementation.
- Coordinates with suppliers of equipment once projects are assigned to resolve questions regarding standards, elevations, dimensions, etc.
- Ensures that all work design and changes meet food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all other company and regulatory guidelines.
- Is humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.
