Associate Talent Acquisition Representative - Denver, Colorado

For our Denver corporate headquarters, we are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Representative on our Corporate Talent Acquisition team to help take the organization to even larger levels! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $62,000 and $72,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

• Responsibility for the hiring of various exempt positions as needed.
• Create and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive recruitment/sourcing practices and relationship building; conduct in-depth phone screens of candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than sell a role.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• One year of experience with a search firm OR in-house talent acquisition team responsible for manufacturing exempt recruitment in any industry (automotive, food, electronic, pharmaceutical, etc.).
• Self-sufficient sourcing capabilities with a great foundation on Boolean and other advanced research techniques – you will be provided with a LinkedIn Recruiter seat as well as an really Premium subscription.
• The ability to pass a 90-day hair and follicle drug test.
• The ability work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline similar to what you will recruit for here at Leprino (Engineering, Agricultural/Food Sciences, Dairy Sciences, Manufacturing Operations, Human Resources, etc.)
• Two years of experience in food manufacturing recruitment with a recruitment agency.
