Within our Corporate Facilities Maintenance team located in Denver, Leprino is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running smoothly! We take pride in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our employees and guests.
At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $20.41 and $25.52 per hour. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.

• Maintain, repair, and install facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, and flooring.
• Use and maintain tools and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Set up, modify, and repair office furniture to support department needs.
• Assist other departments with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow company safety procedures and proactively report any facility concerns.
• Care for the facility’s grounds, including lawn maintenance and snow removal.
• Arrange and move furniture to prepare office spaces for meetings and events.
• Open the facility each morning by unlocking doors, turning on lights, and ensuring workspaces are ready.
• Work closely with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• HVAC certification.
