What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities and Equipment Specialist position at Leprino?
As a Facilities and Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing facility's equipment and facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent technical skills and knowledge of PLCs and automated machinery control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting and possess strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have an Associate's or Technical degree with three years of experience in an industrial setting, or five years of experience with three years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Industrial Management field is preferred.
