What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Operations Supervisor position at Leprino?
As a Plant Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This includes managing the maintenance activities, coordinating with production and quality assurance teams, and providing guidance to hourly maintenance employees.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong understanding of PLCs and automated machinery control systems.
The successful candidate will have an Associate's or Technical degree with three years of leadership experience, or five years of experience in an industrial setting with three years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Industrial Management field is preferred.
