Within our 600-person Roswell manufacturing facility, we are seeking a Senior Supervisor - Quality to help us achieve the growth needed to continue moving our organization to even larger levels! The Senior Supervisor - Quality provides guidance and direction to the Quality department employees and supervisors. Make informed decisions pertaining to product quality, department safety, and department efficiency across multiple teams that support one specialty in a product line. Monitors all aspects of the assigned specialty product within the Quality department including product testing, equipment operations, and employee actions. Manages product inventories and schedules employees to meet production needs. Builds an effective employee team by engaging, mentoring, and developing direct reports. This position is responsible for training new team members in food safety, personal safety, GMPs, SQF requirements, CCPs, and sanitation requirements.

- Plans and schedules daily staffing needs to maximize labor efficiency and ensure production needs are met.
- Leads and coaches team employees in Quality Department by implementing programs in technical training, safety, quality, communications, performance recognition and internal employee development in order to ensure peak employee engagement and productivity.
- Directly manages Quality Supervisors.
- Builds and fosters strong working relationships, collaboration within their team and a positive work environment.
- Reinforces company and plant policies fairly and consistently.
- Ensures team employees have completed all required training.
- Responds to employee questions and concerns.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
- Executes standards for safety involvement and accountability in the department and leads by example
