LER TechForce is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead product development activities across the enterprise. This role will lead teams through the development of complex electronic assemblies - including hardware, embedded software, and applications - for on/off highway deployments of controllers, displays, and telematics systems.

Essential Duties and responsinbilities.
- Drive overall project strategy for governance and oversight of a project or family of projects in accordance with HED processes and procedures.
- Partner with Product Management and Tech Leads to ensure the correct product definition and scope.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to HED's phase-gate process and change management principles throughout the project lifecycle - from requirements setting through project launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of electronic assemblies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work with both onsite development teams and offshore development partners to accomplish technical deliverables.
- Ensure execution of the FMEA process within design and manufacturing.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement, DfX, and cost reduction activities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- As necessary, travel to meet with customers at their site for project work.

Minimum Qualiifcations
Education
- Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 7 years proven experience in engineering project management
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and application development processes.
- Experience with APQP or other Quality centric product development methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to understand complex problems and summarize in a simple way to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (or similar) a strong plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
