The role is for an industry leader specializing in the design, manufacture, and application of innovative vehicle controls, displays, and telematics systems for on- and off-highway vehicle OEMs. The application development tools, and engineering services enable OEMs flexibility and easy configurability to create customized vehicle control systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies : Lead the creation and implementation of robust test strategies that align with production goals and labor efficiency. Specific aspects include accomplishing test coverage metrics across in-circuit test and end-of-line testing and efficient device programming methods that reduce manufacturing takt time.
- Design and Develop Test Equipment : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of test equipment to support manufacturing processes. This includes active relationships and partnering with third party test and equipment houses.
- Test Planning and Execution : Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of tests to validate manufacturing processes and products. This includes partnering with the Company's contract manufacturers (CM's) to optimize test costs through the assembly chain.
- Automation and Efficiency : Innovate and implement automated test systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual labor.
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the seamless integration of test solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze test data and generate detailed reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes, methodologies, and equipment.
- Compliance : Ensure all test strategies and equipment comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
