The Vice President, Corporate PMO Director at LERETA LLC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's project management to ensure successful and efficient project delivery and execution. This leadership position is key to aligning LERETA's project portfolio with its strategic objectives and business goals. The Director will be responsible for ensuring best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation and engagement, while driving continuous improvements in process, performance, and results across all strategic and efficiency initiatives.
PMO Leadership & Strategy
- Works with the Executive Committee (EC) to define and implement the enterprise-wide PMO strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develops and maintains project governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Champions a culture of project excellence, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Ensures alignment of project portfolio with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Creates project plans and schedules and drives accountability for timelines.
- Monitors budgets, resources, supplies and project needs and reports out frequently.
- Leads project meetings to monitor and manage project performance, deliverables, and milestones.
- Defines Return on Investment (ROI) for projects and manages project prioritization.
