About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to contribute to our financial operations. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting general ledger entries and completing month-end tasks
- Preparing and submitting quarterly 941 and state tax returns, along with associated payments
- Managing fixed asset records and inter-company transactions
- Producing accurate financial statements and conducting account reconciliations
- Assisting with external audits and compliance reviews
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Proficiency with accounting ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus
- Solid experience in ledger entries, reconciliations, and tax report preparation
- Advanced Excel skills
- A strong understanding of GAAP rules for leasing and intercompany accounting
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
