Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
The Store Accounting Specialist processes store accounts payable transactions, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, vendor setup and store expense reports. They will also cross-train and support other department members as needed.
The Store Accounting Specialist reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is based out of our headquarters in Bend, OR.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer store questions related to accounts payable and expense reports. A significant amount of this time is spent on the phone.
- Process vendor setups / authorizations / change requests
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reconciliations and reports
- Store check distribution and maintenance; journal entries
- Scanning, filing and other administrative tasks
