Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
Lead collaboration between external agencies (brand, creative, and others) and the internal creative services team to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and agency partners, facilitating clear communication and alignment on objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
60% - Planning Strategy, Execution & Reporting :
Implementation of messaging strategy as delegated by Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager
Support media and creative development for paid channels such as audio, display, video, and paid search
Advise on targeting, creative, and tactical strategy
Monitor performance to ensure plans are effectively executed, measured, and optimized against key goals
20% - Agency Management :
Assist Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager in managing relationships with agencies
Day-to-day relationship lead between the Les Schwab marketing team and external agencies to ensure effective communication and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance agency performance
20% - Budgeting, Trafficking, And Billing :
Oversee pacing and billing to ensure Agency budget management is on track
Ensure creative asset availability to meet trafficking requirements and complete trafficking instructions as needed
Coordinate scheduling between agencies and regional marketing team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Educational / Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or comparable experience
5 years of progressively more responsible roles, preferably with agency and / or client-side marketing experience
Required Technical Skills / Knowledge :
Thorough understanding of retail marketing planning and analytical principles, sales analysis, and promotion performance analytics
Working knowledge of productivity applications (Google G Suite, MS Office, etc.
General Knowledge and Abilities :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of paid marketing channel best practices, including media and creative planning and management
Knowledge of agency roles and responsibilities, ability to build and maintain strong agency relationships
Understanding of segmentation, testing, and optimization strategies
Ability to review business metrics to measure marketing activity success and analyze and communicate trends
Prior marketing experience in a retail environment, preferably in an aftermarket automotive setting
Strong analytical skills paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities
