Job Description
This job position is based in France or US. The position requires the candidate to work as a safety leader, ensuring a safe production environment by implementing a safety policy and developing a safety culture. The candidate should also have leadership, management, and organization skills to manage and mentor the team, and implement lean methodologies towards continuous improvement. The position demands technical expertise in solid state fermentation processes, equipment, and microbiology to improve safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance. The candidate should propose and manage industrial production strategies, optimize production processes, manage quality control labs, and address equipment maintenance needs. Additionally, the candidate will oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are executed according to AGRAUXINE & LESAFFRE standards and practices.ㅤ
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a perfect technical command of products, equipment, processes, and industrial constraints, as well as strong industrial skills and culture. They must have a good knowledge of QHSE procedures and quality standards, and should be grounded in problem-solving methods such as lean production. The candidate should be totally fluent in English to easily manage in an international context. They should also have good experience working with business ERP, strong knowledge of company operations, and inter-BU relations. Frequent travel in France and the US (30-40%) is required.
