Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize Paid Search and Shopping channels. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. They will also have a strong aptitude for data reporting and insight analysis with a proven track record of driving improved campaign performance. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including retail/online traffic, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Manage budgets and cost-effective bidding strategies while maintaining the highest standards of performance.
- Set up and manage Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including creating and optimizing product feeds using Google Merchant Center.
- Ensure product feeds are accurate and up to date while identifying opportunities for feed enhancements to improve the effectiveness and ready of Shopping channels.
- Partner closely with peers across the marketing team to create digital campaigns (managing creatives, ad copy, scheduling) that support the organization’s longer term digital and company initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presenting insights and recommendations to improve campaigns performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative/Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Merchandising to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads preferred)
- Google Ads Certifications – Search and Shopping (Required)
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Ads Editor
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
