Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist- Programmatic is to execute and optimize programmatic and paid social advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically related to display and video advertising, CTV, and paid social platforms. They will also have a strong aptitude for data reporting and insight analysis with a proven track record of driving improved campaign performance. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize display, digital video, and CTV advertising campaigns.
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok.
- Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports, presenting findings and recommendations to improve campaigns performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative/Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Merchandising to ensure cohesive strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position or performing similar duties.
- Proficiency in programmatic digital marketing platforms (e.g. DV360, TheTradeDesk, or similar DSP, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Retail digital marketing experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
