Job Overview :
We are seeking a qualified Organic Social Media Manager to manage our organic social media efforts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, community management, and influencer strategy and management. Our goal is to enhance our social media presence and engagement through strategic and creative approaches.
Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy Optimization : Review and update the previous year’s strategy, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations for strategic pivots and new goals.
Social Content Development : Develop bi-monthly content calendars, meet monthly to discuss priorities, and optimize content based on performance.
Social Media Management : Plan and schedule content, provide monthly reporting, and manage community engagement.
Video & Photo Content Production : Conduct content shoots to capture assets for social media use.
Social Dedicated Content Pulses : Identify key content priorities and allocate resources for dedicated social support.
Engage with the online community : Respond to comments and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team : Align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Track and report on social media performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in social media management and strategy.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social metrics.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with a knack for trend-spotting.
