Job Overview:
As a Summer Recruiting Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts, ensuring we attract top talent for our field and corporate positions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition, working closely with our hiring managers and recruiters. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy engaging with people, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach - Utilize job boards, social media, and databases to identify potential candidates.
- Job Board Monitoring - Regularly update and manage job postings, ensuring visibility and accuracy.
- Recruiting Support - Assist with screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts.
- Phone & Email Communication - Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups with candidates as needed.
- Project Assistance - Work on special recruiting projects to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Field Hiring Support - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in filling roles.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree (expected graduation in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026).
- Previous internship experience in retail, consumer products, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Ability to work from our Phoenix, AZ headquarters Tuesday-Thursday (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for driving results.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Moderate lifting of office supplies and equipment as needed.
