Job Overview :
Spring Dance Hot Tubs Spa is looking for additional team members to take us to the next level. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for inbound call processing to schedule requests for spa and pool service through the use of CRM software. Will interact with the Head of Customer Service and Service Director to resolve all customer service issues, and provide positive resolution for the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process inbound service requests via CRM software
- Communicate individual customer issues to appropriate personnel.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with CSRs, Technicians and Retail Associates.

Excellent verbal and written communication and exceptional phone etiquette.Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency with above average keyboard skills.Consistently positive and professional interaction with contacts at all levels.History of good attendance and work habits.Ability to learn the 'technical' aspect of the swimming pool and spa industry.Preferred Qualifications :
