We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our facility. In this role, you’ll assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of production equipment, while also contributing to the overall upkeep of the building and general support systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills and gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the repair and installation of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventative maintenance
- Help source tools, parts, and service information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely (training available)
- Keep workspaces, tools, and maintenance areas organized and well-stocked
- Identify and report safety issues or potential equipment failures
What We're Looking For:
- A basic understanding of mechanical maintenance, with interest in learning more
- Exposure to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems a plus
- Ability to read or willingness to learn to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-first attitude
- High school diploma or GED required
- Vocational or technical training is a bonus, but not required
