What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Agent position at Lespri Resort Property Management?
We are seeking a Guest Services Agent for the Treasure Mountain Inn in Park City to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Your role will be crucial in creating a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Work Hours: Flexible, primarily mornings (9 AM - 1 PM) and some evenings (3 PM - 9 PM)
- Days of Week: Flexible, Monday-Sunday
- Guest Interaction: Answer phones and emails, address guest concerns and questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest-related issues and correspond with Central Reservations
- Front Desk Management: Define and implement front desk objectives and procedures
- Coordination: Answer guest inquiries and coordinate issues to the appropriate department (maintenance, housekeeping, operations, central reservations, etc.)
- Ticket Management: Assign tickets and dispatch maintenance and housekeeping teams to address issues
- Review Monitoring: Check guest reviews and address concerns and complaints to the appropriate department
- Reservations: Ensure reservations are correct in the system for both owner and paid guests, confirm payments, correct rates, and accommodate special requests
- Updates: Update welcome letters, property listings, parking passes, property signage, and arrival instructions to ensure information is current for owners and guests
- Social media: Engage with clients, guests, and local vendors through the company’s social media accounts
- Administrative Support: Assist operations with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Inspections: Perform pre-arrival and departure inspections to ensure unit readiness and security
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
