What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at Less Than Greater Than?

Responsibilities Include:
- Writing prep lists and communicating with other teammates regarding kitchen/station needs
- Prep items relevant to menu and station
- Ensuring pars for station are maintained and advise management of low inventory items
- Cook menu items to set standard with consistent results and hold other line cooks to said standard
- Taking safe and proper care, preparation, storage, and rotation of product - including FIFO, labeling and dating to minimize waste
- Work with teammates with open and honest communication
