What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager of Single Family/TH position at LESSARD DESIGN LLC?
We are seeking a Project Manager for our Single Family Studio who will be responsible for leading and engaging with clients and teams in delivering services to creatively solve problems. You will:
- Handle technical and financial performance of assigned project;
- Ensure high quality of design through SD, CD and CA phases
- Establish work plan, budget and schedule
- Participate in building long-term client relationship and marketing efforts to maintain and grow client base;
- Manage and oversee code compliance, control costs, perform QA review and assist in contract negotiation;
- Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight; and
- Reap the rewards of excellent work! and increase your learning of the business side of architecture.
To be a Lessard team member, you should have:
- A Professional degree in architecture, design or related discipline
- 7 years minimum of experience in base building architecture
- Experience with developer based residential architecture
- 1 -2 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Photoshop, and graphic software, Revit a plus
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated personality to take on projects and assignments without the need for the micromanagement of a supervisor
- Licensure highly recommended
