The new combined national footprint will serve more than 250,000 properties, facilitate approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance orders, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turn projects per year. Job Summary
The role of the Senior Manager is to maximize operational efficiency and improve account performance. This role may involve close interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient handling of all matters related to business performance. The position will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall account performance.
\n- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to facility services performance, including financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction metrics. Responsible for ensuring integrity of the reporting, underlying data and efficacy of the reporting provided to key stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and monitor dashboards and reports to gauge performance against established benchmarks and targets. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. Proactively work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and bring solutions to the forefront, while seeing those solutions through to implementation into normal business activities.
- Strategic Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at optimizing facility services and account management processes, reducing costs, facilitating revenue recognition opportunities, and enhancing service quality.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing workflows and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization. Take ownership of the implementation of process improvements to increase overall performance of an account.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations for action. Take ownership of action plans resulting from these reports to hold stakeholders accountable to driving performance improvement.
- Coaching and Training: Assist with coaching and training account teams on the performance improvement opportunities and keep everyone accountable for driving performance improvements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, including account and operations managers, finance teams, and client representatives, to define performance management initiatives, conduct due diligence and create the dashboards whose output aligns with the stakeholder’s expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facility management and performance management. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- $95,000.00 - 110,000.00 annually
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mathematics, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in data analysis and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and to effectively articulate the story the data is telling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in facility services and /or property management or service-related industries is preferred.
- Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods or to meet deadlines.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings.
