- You're driven and highly motivated to produce high-quality, creative work at an efficient pace, can adapt to quick changes, and pivot on the fly to different projects where needed.
- Your impeccable time-management skills allow you to multi-task and juggle several projects at once without compromising quality or deadlines.

- You're open to learning new tools and skills and have the initiative to learn them on your own if needed.
- You have a keen attention to detail and value pixel-perfect precision in your designs, but also see the bigger picture and won't be bogged down by those same details.
- You welcome feedback from both designers and stakeholders to improve your work.
- You're able to offer design suggestions or draft moodboards to support your ideas.
- You can be both a team player and work independently without constant oversight.
- You err on the side of over-communicating vs under and will maintain open lines of communication between yourself, your team, and your stakeholders when it comes to project and deadline statuses.
