Mornings - flexible but typically 6am to between noon and 3pm. Great for during school or similar availability!

Night - flexible but typically 4pm until setup or takedowns are finished. Great for after school or as a second job if available!

Present a crisp and polished appearance that is reflective of IHG brand standards

Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business

Be honest, reliable, and timely

Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance

Be able to multi-task, talk, and listen simultaneously while guests are present

Ability to effectively solve problems for internal and external customers with urgency

Strive to build and maintain good and productive relationships with all team members

Setup tables, chairs, and room décor to client or sales department specification

Takedown meeting equipment after guest meetings

Setup stages, dance floors, and other requested equipment

Store banquet furniture in an organized way in designated areas

Watch for and report damage to hotel or rental equipment

Other duties as-assigned
