About this position:
- Evening Server: Expected Shifts 4:30pm until close (typically around 10:30pm)
- Morning Server: Expected Shifts 5:30am until after lunch guests (typically around 2pm or earlier)
- Servers at Gold Bison Grill take orders, deliver food and drinks, and be part of our restaurant team in providing every guest a welcoming, comfortable, and delicious dining experience

- Reliable attendance is crucial to provide top-notch service to our valued guests
- Servers may have opportunity to cross-train as bartenders based on business need, performance, position tenure, and past work experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inform guests about menu items, specials, and other information to enhance the dining experience
- Answer guest questions and respond to guest requests
- Setup, Cleanup, and Prepare tables and restaurant service area
- Some equipment maintenance
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Carry dishes to scrape station
- Thank guests for their visit and welcome them to return to the hotel
- Complete open and closing duties, including reporting tips and sales accurately into Restaurant Point of Sale System
- Other duties as-assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurant and/or hospitality experience is ideal. However, thorough training may be provided for outstanding candidates who lack previous professional experience.
